These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and SSExchange regarding your use of ssexchange.live and any SSExchange ID we issue. By creating an account or using the site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in online gaming in your location. By using SSExchange you confirm that you meet these requirements. It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you live.
2. Your account
- Each person may hold one SSExchange ID. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
- You are responsible for keeping your login private and for all activity under your ID.
- The details you give us at sign up must be accurate and belong to you.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are added to your wallet after we confirm the transfer. Withdrawals are paid to the account linked to your SSExchange ID and are usually processed within about ten minutes. To protect you, we may withdraw only to the account you deposit from, and we may ask for basic verification before releasing funds.
4. Betting and settlement
All bets are settled according to the rules of the relevant market. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot normally be cancelled. In the case of an obvious pricing error, a void event, or a technical fault, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
5. Fair play
You agree not to use bots, exploit software faults, collude with other users, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. Accounts involved in fraud, money laundering or manipulation may be suspended, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.
6. Responsible gaming

7. Limitation of liability
SSExchange is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions, from interruptions beyond our reasonable control, or from your failure to keep your login secure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Account closure
You may close your SSExchange ID at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraud, or is required to be closed by law. Where an account is closed, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page. Continued use of SSExchange after an update means you accept the revised terms.
